& I am a Hubber now after being loyal to M1 for so many years.

& I just realised that apparently, my photo on my IC does not look like me at all. -.-".
We were at Starhub & the customer service officer was holding on to all of our ICs while we were standing at a distance as the counter was pretty cramped. He then looked at me signaling me to walk over.
Him: You are XXXXXX, right? (double checking, looking at the IC then at me)
Me: ...
Friend: Eh... That's me. We look totally different huh?
Me: ...
